Meet Crissi Ro

I’m a girl who loves to read. I am a mom. I am an adventure seeker. I am a creative, crystal loving, astrology junkie.

I’m Crystal, but you can call me Crissi.

My obsession with skincare started as a little girl, watching my Aunt do her religious nightly skin routine. Its seemed like chemistry to me and she was this beautiful mad scientist. Lotions and potions lined up like spells.

I was fascinated.

Growing up in a family with complicated skin, I learned early that how you care for yourself matters – and the happiness that comes from looking and feeling your best. I learned to treat different conditions with natural home remedies, over the counter concoctions, and good ol’ trial and error.

I come from two very different kinds of magic. One grandmother was a celebrated Mary Kay distributor — pink Cadillac and all. The other? An earth-loving, pagan hippie with deep roots in natural healing. Between the two of them, I learned to honor both science and spirit. Both the divine father and the mother. I’ve never felt the need to choose between them, and I never will.

That duality became my foundation.

I spent years working my way up in the beauty industry, eventually becoming a retail store manager for a major skincare brand — and that’s where my passion officially caught fire. I knew I had to build something of my own. Something that reflected my values, my beliefs, and everything I had learned.

So I did.

… And so Ro & Arrow Co. was born

Founded in 2015. My new-age Apothecary, Ro & Arrow Co. ™ , is a skincare studio rooted in herbal rituals and proven science. Because I believe natural ingredients and results can coexist. Pharmaceutical-grade botanicals, eco-friendly formulations, and professional esthetic services for the person who wants to look good, feel better, and live more intentionally.

Personal care that honors what’s within as well as what’s without. A holistic look at science and magic. Blending all beauty … naturally.

The goal is to create a community more focused on their own inner balance. Focused on fullfilment vs. happiness. Spreading healthy, holistic-diva ideas and starting conversations about relatable topics within our current world and routines.
